From the GA to Congress

I have a piece in this fall's Virginia Capitol Connections, the quarterly put out by longtime RVA lobbyist David Bailey, about the dramatic changes in the VA Congressional delegation. (I wrote about this back in January, and there's only been more change since then.) The basic gist: there may be as many as FOUR former VA state reps in Washington next year, but that kind of experience only goes so far.
